Get To Know Me
I am 34 years of age and a trained chef. I have worked at Rick Stein's Seafood restaraunt and The River Cafe in London amongst other places, I have also been to Southampton Catering College. I write a monthly food article for the Waterside Herald (in Hythe )and at present work at Sunnyfields Organic farm in Totton. Earlier this year I was in a TV programme called Chefs at Sea with Ed Baines which is shown on UK Food(Sky)where we crused around the mediterranean cooking,looking around the fantastic markets etc which was extremely inspirational.
